CHEFS AL AGUA 2.0
A unique event where 8 prestigious chefs will create a tasting menu never before seen following ancestral traditions in a very special place of the planet: Las Tanusas, located between the tropical forest and the Pacific Ocean of Ecuador.
The first edition of Chefs al Agua was a success: the chefs went out to farm and collect the best products our land has to offer. We shared experiences, we twinned and together we created the best dishes that demonstrated the gastronomic potential of Ecuador.
In this second edition of Chefs al Agua we will have more surprises, but always the same objective: to create awareness for Nature and respect for ancestral cultures through culinary art.
